IN-STUDIO CLASSES:

  • Mats & Props - the studio has a limited number of community mats. Please plan to bring your own if you can! Blocks, straps, and a variety of bolsters are available for use.

  • Class limits & Cancelations - All class are limited to 20 participants (not including instructor). If you cannot attend, please cancel a minimum of 1 hour prior to class in order to free up a spot for anyone on the waitlist. Classes will not be refunded for cancelations less than 1 hour from class start. No-shows will be charged $25.

  • Air purifiers - We have non-ozone producing HEPA filters running at all times.

  • Patio door will be kept open for air flow (weather dependent).

  • Sanitation - The studio room is sanitized in between classes and Seventh Generation wipes are used to clean shared blocks.

Virtual Classes:

  • Zoom Link for Livestream classes will be sent within an hour of the class start time (you will receive an email from the instructor).

  • Registration closes 15 minutes before class.

  • Class limits - Virtual classes are limited to a max of 20 participants.
